Did Euron Greyjoy kill Balon Greyjoy?

So, in ASOS Balon Greyjoy dies from a fall whilst crossing a bridge at Pyke. A ship captain said this: ‘The way I heard it in Lordsport, there was a blow coming in from the west, rain and thunder, and old King Balon was crossing one of them bridges when the wind got hold of it and just tore the thing to pieces. He washed up two days later, all bloated and broken. Crabs ate his eyes, I hear.’ It seems likely that Balon just died from the fall, it was just unfortunate timing to be crossing the bridge. But, Euron turned up at Pyke shortly afterwards. What is odd about that? I hear you ask. Well, Euron was exiled by Balon, he should be months away from the Iron Islands, unless he knew about Balon’s death. Euron’s prompt return to the Iron Islands suggests his lust for Balon’s crown. If Euron wanted to be King he needed Balon dead. Euron has knowledge of the eastern cites, having being exiled and it is possible that he hired a Faceless Man to kill Balon. Faceless Men specialise in making deaths appear as accidents. If Euron had hired a Faceless Man assassin, it would explain why he arrived to Pyke so soon after Balon’s death because he knew it was coming. There are some arguments to this though, one being how did Euron afford the costs of a Faceless Man? Faceless Men are known to be expensive. Furthermore, the higher value the target the higher the cost. To kill a King would cost a lot of money, money Euron doesn’t have. Some people think that Euron used his dragon egg to cover the costs and not tossed it into the sea as he claimed. Lastly the Ghost of High Heart stated this in a vision: ‘I dreamt of a man without a face, waiting on a bridge that swayed and swung. On his shoulder perched a drowned crow with seaweed hanging from his wings.’ A man without a face would be a Faceless Man, and a drowned crow would be Euron (Crows eye). The Ghost of High Heart also dreamt of Renly Baratheon’s death (‘I dreamt I saw a shadow with a burning heart butchering a golden stag’) and Catelyn Stark’s death (‘I dreamt of a roaring river and a woman that was a fish. Dead she drifted, with red tears on her cheeks’) so it is likely that The Ghost of High Heart is correct about this vision too, and Euron did indeed order the death of his own brother in an effort to take his crown.
